Preparation of a feasibility study for the Rikard Benčić ex-block conversion and revitalization project in City of Rijeka

As part of the preparation of this project of national interest with the aim of withdrawing EU funds from OPKK 2014-2020 and supporting the candidacy for European Capital of Culture 2020 for the City of Rijeka, we have prepared a comprehensive feasibility study with cost-benefit analysis for reconstruction of several facilities within the former industrial zone “Rikard Benčić“ in the center of Rijeka, which includes the following facilities:

    – Rijeka City Library

    – Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art Rijeka

    – Rijeka City Museum

    – Children’s house (Dječja kuća)

    – Landscaping of public areas within the complex
